FAQs
We know there’s many different questions you have when deciding on your next virtual airline. If our FAQs don’t answer your questions, drop us a message on our social channels and a staff member will get back to you.
Head to the vAMSYS link at the top of the page, or click the Start Today buttons at the bottom of the page to get started. The registration process is simple and you’ll be on your way to flying in minutes.
You’ll need to be a vRYR pilot to join the server. On the vAMSYS dashboard, click on the Discord logo which will take you to our dedicated pilot server. Introduce yourself to the community while you’re there!
No. We don’t have an activity requirement in place. We never have, we never will. You have the freedom to fly whenever you like.
Our Discord server has all the livery links you need, for all flight simulator platforms, provided by our Fleet Managers.
Most of our events don’t require you to book a slot, which means you simply have to follow the event rules to earn bonus points. If we ask you to book a slot, in events such as our Delivery Flights, you’ll be told about this before-hand in the event announcement.
Our Support Manager, Eric Liu, will be on hand to resolve your issue within 3-5 days. Please note that this can take longer, depending on his availability or the gravity of the situation you’ve brought forward.
You need to raise this via the Discord server’s ‘Route Reporter’. This launches a direct chat with the Routes Network Managers where you’ll need to give information about the route and the issue/query you have.
All complaints about the staff team should be forwarded to the Operations Manager in the first instance.
If you’ve stumbled across an error, or are unable to access vAMSYS altogether, it’s probably already known to the vAMSYS team. Head to Discord for updates directly from the vAMSYS team.
Open a ticket at the Helpdesk and the Support Manager will manually award bonus points to the PIREP.
