This is the place for you to ask complex questions, report issues or request bonus points for participating in events.

Each ticket is assigned a unique ticket number which will allow it to be tracked through our system and to ensure you get a response from the correct people.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR OUTLOOK OR HOTMAIL MAIL USERS: the helpdesk is currently unable to deliver emails to outlook.com or Hotmail email addresses. This is outside of our control. Please use an alternative email address to register.

Pilots wishing to inform vRYR Staff of issues/queries relating to routes should use the Route Reporter function in Discord. We have now removed the route support ticket option at the Helpdesk.
